Help me pick white english Sussex or leghorn or barnyard mix? These are the chickens available in my area and that will do when the chickens job is to produce eggs but I don't want a chicken that produces so many eggs that they're prone to diseases because of it

What's a white English Sussex

Go Leghorn. Second pic, White English Sussex, don't go for White cross. Or barnyard mix, the white will only lay for about a year, then stop and live another 7 years or so without laying.

I like leghorns and barnyard mixes... but with mixes they could they 1 or 7 eggs a week. You never know...
I had two light brown leghorns for about a year. One laid 5-6 a week and the other about 3. The one that laid three eggs a week soon got egg bound because of the size of her eggs. We decided to put her down. Had to put the other one down too because she would be depressed (they were VERY close).
They can lay as long as any other chicken but may take long breaks after molt.
