I have a young, approx 10wk old, green egger that has an odd shaped beak. It looks overgrown. Her beak does not close completely and when I feed them all mealworms she can’t grasp them. She seems to not even be able to judge where they are. She’ll peck and keep missing them. She’s eating grain and is growing like the others. I would like to know how I can trim her beak, if that’s possible. Or what anyone may suggest for her.

You say she keeps missing the treats. Could her sight be off? As far as the beak, file it down with a regular nail file or a grinder. (You might need to do this every two weeks for a while.) File the bottom beak to shorter. File the under the top beak where the bottom touches. (Be careful there, and don't file much.) You want a shorter bottom beak, and you want the top beak more level.
