this problem started after they got bored, i solved that problem about 1-2 weeks ago i would say they are 8 weeks old they are black capped muscovies, so the problem with them is my drake lucky is chasing 2/3 of my hens, hes attracted to my one hen bella but he still grabs them all by their wings and even drags them, im new to scovies so idk whats going on any ideas? (bella is the one by the drake in the corner)

It's strange I have a Muscovy drake and have had several and never had one go out of his way to injure one of his girls. Rough mating and grabbing and standing on them. But not pulling feathers out. Maybe you should consider trading him in on another drake? I always hate giving up on one but it's usually aggression towards me that I can work on I don't know what you'd do to stop it except separation. or rehoming. Since he is only 8 weeks old and too young to blame it on hormones.

rehoming right now is not an option because he would most likely be used for meat due to him being rude, running away from me, and hates other ducks. (bigger ducks or any other duck besides his mates)

you think he would be an aggressive breeder? i have handled aggressive breeders so nothing new just wondering if i'd be safe? (they are not siblings)
