Young hen is sick

Welcome to BYC. Was your hen vaccinated for Mareks disease? Do you have a rooster who could have hurt her back trying to mate her? Is it extremely hot where you live, or is the coop very warm inside? Could ahe be dehydrated? I would keep trying to get fluids into her. Those are more important, and you can also add water to some chicken feed to make it moist. I would get her upright in a chicken sling or prop her on towels, and separate her. If you should lose her, and are in the US, you could get a necropsy by your state vet to find out what is wrong with her.
My young hens wasn't vaccinated for Mareks disease. There is no rooster. Last a few days the weather is OK. Definitely - she was not dehydrated.

@Eggcessive do you think she could have gotten into a toxin?

@Basia54 any chance she could have gotten into anything toxic?

The weight loss is concerning. That tells me that she has been sick for awhile and it has just now gotten to the point that she can't hide the symptoms any longer. Chickens are low on the food chain. To be sick means to be an easy meal so they hide the fact that they are sick so they aren't some predator's dinner nor are they picked on by the other chickens in the flock and pushed away from the food.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but many times by the time they reach that stage there is little to be done to help them. Sometimes the chickens we love are their own worst enemy.
