I have a young hen (probably between 6 and 8 months, not sure on exact age) that could stand on one leg, she was still getting around, eating and drinking but I put her in the brooder in my coop so she could rest last Tuesday, I was thinking she may have hurt herself jumping down from the roost. She been eating and drinking but just laying in her little nest I made her. I took her out today to have a look and she can't stand at all, she has a cut above her beak probably from face planting as she puts her wings out to steady herself. She still is trying to eat and drink but had her beak just sitting in the water dish. She dirty from just sitting in her nest and her tail got wet from being in the water dish. I can't allow her to suffer anymore just looking for advice or what may have happened. Last picture is her last weekend when she could get around but was limping

Can you post a picture of her leg?
And the bottom of her foot?
Did you try to feel if she has broken something?

Is a vet an option?
Didn't seem like anything was broken, I felt it, nothing on the bottom of her foot that's what I initially thought it was and when I went to clean it there was nothing there. Vet isn't an option, we have put her out of her misery. I couldn't let her suffer anymore and she was just getting worse. It wasn't any quality of life for her.
