This listing is for a young pair of aprox. 4 month old rare breed of "Mottled Black" Heritage turkeys = hen and tom. They are handsome black feathered birds with white mottling in their feathers. They hatched in late May and will be a good age to breed for next spring. They are very healthy birds and have been free ranging during the day and shut into their barn pen at night. The mottled white in their feather coloring improves with each new years molt! They are a very nice gentle breed with hens that like to set on eggs. Please email any questions.
