Youngest layer

What's the youngest you have even had a hen lay? I have a 5 month old (barely) BO and I am pretty sure she is laying. She is in with my SLW right now, but I know their eggs, they have been laying a while, and these eggs are def. pullet eggs and are found in the nest that I find her sitting in constantly. Dh said he heard her singing the egg song the other day, but thought she was just joining in to celebrate the others. But I really think it is her laying.

Its really all relative to the breed. I've had a Silkie lay just before she turned 6 months, which I thought was early... until I got my Seramas. They started laying at 3 months, maybe 4.
