What do Armenian cukes taste like? What do you do with them?

What do Armenian cukes taste like? What do you do with them?

Raw they taste like any other good cucumber.

Fried in bacon grease they have a lemony taste.

They make the crunchiest dill pickles I have ever had.

Other than frying them, I use them the same way I use any cucumbers.

I believe these naked bear pumpkins could use some extra coverage, lift, and separation. Of course, then they would be less naked. I have attached a picture to demonstrate.

Once I started using azomite, the flavor and texture both greatly improved.

You can order it from Amazon. The Walmart here started selling it in store this year.

It is mined near Salt Lake City.

When my brother comes up to visit, I have him pick it up in Utah
