Oh yes...and another great way to use extra eggs is to make your own pasta.

If you intend to keep chickens then buy a pasta maker. You can make a bunch of noodles and freeze them. Fresh pasta is awesome.

It doesn't use up many eggs but making your own mayo is good too.
