A typical Michigan winter at our townhouse... We don't have chickens because we are young and still rent (this economy is too vile to buy a house in and feel safe!).

As I explained, my pics aren't converted, so it won't allow me to download the pics here until I convert them. You'd think since my dh is a Principal of IT at XM Satellite Radio, I'd have a little help in doing this!!! lol But alas, I'm just going to have to send you all to my photobucket account. Sorry!!!

I'll have to get a pic of our pole barn that we converted into a large coop.

I don't know why I don't have one, but it's raining here, so I'll have to get one later. We live on 2 acres and are surrounded by all farms. Many people around here have chickens, so it's nice because no one complains about roosters crowing.

WOW nice house M@M@2four. And those kids are just adorable! Lots of fabulous houses on this thread. I am just in awe. Our house pic was one from the MLS listing when we purchased it, the lawn doesnt look like a golf course anymore since the chickens moved in and the HUGE willow tree that was in the front yard had to come down after a storm damaged it. I have done a bit of gardening here and there to make it look more presentable but other then that nothing special.I want a bigger coop someday but for now between the little coop out back and the double garage there is plenty of room for the fertalizer factories to hang out

It is so fantastic to see all of your beautiful houses!

We live in Army accomodation and move every two years, but my family lives in USA and we are waiting for our greencards to come through so we can join you and them and finally buy a home of our own.
Its been 10 years since we applied for our residency and 20 years since I lived near my family.

I hope some day soon I will have a house to put up pictures of.

I love looking at all your pictures and imagining what my house could look like. keep the pictures comming!

Beautiful houses everyone, I'm SO envious!!

I'm not posting mine b/c it's disgusting - but I live in a teensy little single-wide trailer... oh to be wealthy & have a nice house! *lol* We're hoping to upgrade to a double-wide sooner or later! I guess at only 24y/o it's not a bad start - at least I own a home, right?!

They paid off their house in less than 15 years and have no debt. We are very blessed to own our own house now, but it took lots of work and sacrifice and I looke forward to someday having it paid off....
