Hey, @hlhutchinson, I moved over so you would have plenty of room to continue...

My ISA Browns (of age plus) have been practicing singing for months now. Still, no egg. Just walnuts. My other four breeds (of age) are not even practicing singing.

Hehe thanks, my broody (Barbecue) decided to start laying again at least I think (I’m out of town) was told we got three eggs today yay the blue egg he thinks is the same color she was laying before she decided to hatch golf balls, but he said it had a bit of blood on it and it was not a small first time size egg. So I’m thinking it’s Barbecues (will investigate when I get home) if I’m right Chicky is still just playing around in the nest box she stoped sleeping on the roost and decided to try the nest box (man she sure likes it if only she would lay eggs in it) so we blocked the nest off at night for several night. Tonight my hubby said she was not in the box but hunkered down in the main coop. I don’t see her getting pecked by the others and they have plenty of room on the roost. When I have put her in the roost at night she cuddles up with the rest so who knows

Finally!!! So excited!! Goldilocks was not amused when I opened the box and found her in there. I'll double check that box again to make sure that this was hers and that someone hadn't laid it before her.

Not sure if it is her or Barbecue starting back up after being broody I have not been able to catch them in the nest box yet

Let the girls out to free range and Chicky was in the nest box. I was so excited thinking yes I can now confirm my suspension of who was laying the green egg. When she was out I skipped to the nest box to collect a green egg, to find Goldie now in the box. I wated and when Goldie was done went back out looking forward to collect 2 eggs to find Chicky in the nest box again but leaving, and what was in the nest box nothing but one golf ball
I did however get 2 eggs today one green but did not catch the culprit in the act
