Pedicures. Manicures. A new purse every 4-5 months. New earrings now and then.
An amazing hairdresser every 5th week for toner, color, cut, comedy, therapy. (very worth it)
Puppy toys for Cedar.
Good wine, good friends, and appetizers on Fridays.
A good vacation once per year.
I believe I'm flunking this thread's idea. However I haven't stopped any of my high maintenance habits because we haven't been in a money pinch yet. I don't believe I've changed any habits despite the economy in general. I'm otherwise frugal, I have no habits like smoking/etc and always put my kids first buying their new clothes, school needs, lunches, whatever. I go to work, hubby does too, pays cash for everything, puts money in the bank for college funds and savings accounts. If we feel a pinch, those will carry us through, I suppose. I remember to count my blessings.
I'm prepared for the endless bashing of the non-princess types... (live and let live).
We did give up satellite/cable tv. I think it is a waste of $$.
Edited to say: Oooops..... it said ONE indulgence. I just re-read it. I did flunk.

You sound almost exactly like me! I go to the convenience store just down the road from work every morning to get my 44 ounce mountain dew. They have the good ice and the styrofoam cups! I feel like I have a personal relationship with everyone who works there!
On weekends, I too settle for cans, but if I make a trip to town, I stop by!

I do share the Swedish Fish though, so guess they are not just for me. Other than that, I don't ask for anything but chicken food lol. Can't even remember the last time I had my hair cut or colored at a salon. I've never had a manicure or been to a spa. Vacations, haven't been on one since my honeymoon 20 yrs ago. I don't even order my own drink when we have to eat out...specially as most places charge $2 a drink now. I am definitely the opposite of high maintenance lol.
Starbucks coffee. We buy it for home, and go out for it at least once a week. We love to combine going out for starbucks, then taking our coffees on a nice long drive in the countryside. Whenever we go out for it, it must be paired with either an apple fritter, a lemon cranberry scone, a chocolate pretzel, or an oat fudge bar.
