Your opinions on my coop please!

Except for some finishing touches, it’s done!
Run is 9 x 7 1/2 feet (67sq), coop is 6 1/2 x 3 feet.
Finishing touches: bricks around rest of base, chicken wire on top in addition to the netting, staining vent holes with coffee(had a few oopsies), putting on shade cloth, putting branches in the ladder.
4 chickens, very happy!
Let me know what you think!!!
*I hope all the pictures upload!! <3

Ok, I forgot to do some updates as I did them! Photo dump!!
Added a small ventilation fan and dug down, added extra chicken wire to the ground, pavers around, chicken wire around the back side and gaps, and added a different feeder, and also a shallow pond for ducks(temporary until I build thier own run).
I’ll take some more pictures tomorrow and post them. Compost tower has been torn apart and dirt used to plant nontoxic flowers around the outside back of the run.

Photo dump #2!
Feeder is a galvanized baby pig feeder that I put a lid on, and extra waterer is a clip on feed trough, for the ducks. The pond has a brick in it so the ducks can go into the water and it’s difficult for the chickens to get stuck in, the chickens already learned to hop through it using the brick and think it’s fun lol.
I used a small crate feeder attached to the fence for grit and I also sprinkle grit in the run occasionally.
Some old towels under the ramp for the ducks where they like to hang out.
The seed block is on a small concrete disk to reduce spoilage/bugs. It has lasted about 8 months so far, the chickens like to pick at it for treats.
Everyone seems to love the setup!
I also have a few bricks making steps on the far side of the water so the chicks can get to the water if they want to use that one.

*** Yes, this is a bit cramped, but it is only temporary, I am moving out of town in about a month (waiting for paperwork to finish) and will build a huge coop and run there.

Upgrade Photo dump!
Made some upgrades and modifications, so posting pictures.
Added a top solid framework to the “chick-port” so they can walk around on it without it moving, and changed up the ducks pool a bit. “Chick-port” has 2 internal roosts for added structure and for the chickens to hang out if they desire, it is first wrapped in a water proof tarp twice and then wrapped in a white sheet to aid in heat reduction, so it is a waterproof and well shaded area, with a fan blowing through it. I put in a shallow pond (dollar tree litter box) since they didn’t use the deep one, and I’ll put it back in when they get older. Also tore apart the ramp, got a longer board, roughed it up with sand paper and angled it for a better ramp for the ducks. As before, added some bricks to the bottom of the ramp to deter decay. Moved and secured the ladder and branch set up. May attach some more boards to create levels over the "chick-port", havent decided yet.
Let me know what you think. Also included pictures of the outdoor set up for incoming order of ducklings and Cornish Chickens, sheet gets put over for shade and fan nearby. They get kept in the garage until they are ready or I will put them inside during the night.
Small dish for grit, modified baby pig feeder for food, put some concrete in a milk crate with a plastic liner and then put waterer on top to create a custom raiser. Wild bird seed feed block on a small paver for some treats, old sheets turned into shade, and a solar light strip around edge for night.
Also added some small bricks for steps for the chicks to get to the water.
And later today I will be adding a small tower bird feeder (with perches cut off) on a hanger with bird seed for some enrichment for the chickens, picture will be posted below in a separate post.

Dimensions of the run: total floor 86 sq (+12sq 2nd level) 9 x 7 1/2 feet (67sq) +under coop is 6 1/2 x 3 feet (19.5 sq).
Current residents: golden seabright banty, gold silky banty, 2 banty frizzies (chicks), 2 indian runner ducks.
In about 2-3 months, the indian runner ducks are going to a friend and the ordered ducklings will be moved into the coop. Ducks ordered: gold 300, white 300 layer, and 2 female supprise ducklings.

Hi everyone! Update time!
I have ducks now, so the setup is going to get an upgrade!
I am going to lift the prebuilt coop 2 feet with concrete bricks mortared together, and that bottom part turned into a duck area.
I am going to get a pen kit from Amazon, that is 9.5 x 18.5 x 6.5 tall, and I will concrete some posts in and attach the run to it. This is going to go over the coop, going up against the concrete slab to create a L shaped run. This adds 175 sq feet, creating a total of 245 sq feet!!! This gives each bird 27 sq feet, at my current bird stock, nearly triple the recommendation per bird (10 ft).
I will be also adding a small ingrown pool for the ducks, with some pavers around it to create a small patio area inside the run. The inside L of the run will be turned into a small picnic area for myself, and will be covered with shade cloth along with most of the run.
I am hoping to have this completed within a month. Wish me luck!

*ps, I quoted creating a smaller extension run by building it myself and it was over $100 more for a smaller run, not counting a door! Here’s the link if anyone wants to explore the option Link here on Amazon

A little update! I reworked my flock, and made a large waterer for them, and calculated sq feet needed compared to what I have.
10 2 banty
20 2 ISA browns
50 5 ducks
which comes to...
80 total recommended/needed...
and I have 245 total area available, run floor space not counting 2nd stories with toys...
Which gives the birds over tipple what is recommended for them! :)
I finally got it all winterized, with straw everywhere, suet blocks up, soaked grains, and the heater in the waterer. I will attach pictures of the waterer in the next post.
I also have a tarp over 1/3 of the new extension, over the part that the coop and 5 gallon free feeder is under.

Photo dump!
Also installed solar lights, low light at night and goes to high light with movement. Only the chickens sleep in the coop at night. The ducks either sleep under the chair or under the coop.
