Yummy Indian Scrambled Egg recipe for breakfast

My DH invented this recipe and we eat it almost every morning:

5 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp paprika
pinch of cayenne pepper (or to taste)
1/2 large red onion, sliced or coarsely chopped
hunk of butter

Melt the butter in a skillet and add the onion. Cook the onion until the desired texture is achieved. I prefer that they be translucent but still have a bit of crunch. Add the spices to the onions and stir to coat and then cook, stirring for about 30 seconds. Add the eggs and stir all together until the desired doneness is achieved.

Suggestion: serve with fruit or sliced avacado
