My husband swears by it, I dont think it works AT ALL. But, that being said, I am highly susceptible to upper respiratory crud, and I seem to catch anything that goes by, and catch it bad. I dont believe it has ever stopped a cold for me.

I should probably add, I dont stick with anything and rarely read the instructions....
May explain why it never works for me.

That stuff is the best. I also swear by it! I take it as soon as I feel a "tickle" in my nose or throat. It won't do much if you start taking with a full blown cold though.... I have the nasal gel stuff. I'm actually using it right now...

They seem to be working great for me. Been using the swabs since Saturday. Nose is still alittle stuffy but feeling much better.

I haven't used Zicam specifically, but have used the zinc lozenges before. If I start using them early enough in the cold cycle, they seem to work well.
