Zipped but not out

I have blue cooper maran eggs hatching. I have one that pipped about 17 hours ago and zipped about 5 hours ago but has not come out. It almost looks like the membrane is stuck on it. Should I pull it out or leave it? I hate to lose it but know they should be allowed to hatch themselves.

What's your humidity? If the humidity is good they should be fine. If it is dry, I may try to help.
