Looking to start a garden. Pretty sure the Tennessee is in zone 7? If it just tell me. But looking to figure out when to start seedlings. Inside or outside. Still in the high 30s to sometimes low 50s.

Depends on where you are in TN. Here's a state map. Also, there are microclimates within each zone, so your mileage may vary.

I think a general rule is to start seeds indoors 8 weeks before your average last frost in your area.
