I 3acres am fighting my addiction to poultry!!!.....1 week sober...lol...but it sucked and made me sad....

How's that going? I don't know if this poultry thing is an addiction...I feel like it's more of a disease without a cure!

I wasn't going to order hatching eggs this year after all...then saw an add from a woman that normally doesn't sell eggs and of course I had to be the first one in line for those.

She has some of the nicest Silkies I've seen. So....I now have 16 little Silkie eggs sitting on the kitchen counter, those arrived yesterday. The incubator should be here today or tomorrow. My boss is going to kill me but I don't care!

Oh no....I think I'm feeling dizzy! And I forgot the blueberries.

That's the trouble with America these days, Sanna. A person can't even post a few zebra pics, when they say they are going to start with just zebras, without ending up putting a non-zebra photo in on the 3rd spot....the 3rd spot!!!....no focus, failed goals,....

.....just being dumb!!! Perfect additions! Really neat shots! Glad you are joining in! I don't have a fraction of zoo pics as I have farm pics of course. I may have to start adding all kinds of things to the title of this thread....lol.

My excuse could be the fact that I'm not an American??

How's that going?

It's not going well, sniffle sniffle.

. Now I want more of the breeds of layin hens I have, would like to add a couple more breeds in.....would like to add a few more turkey breeds.....more meat birds.....and want a few more duck breeds...lol. .....gotta go, off to start a hatchery....

. I am going to add bronze turkeys and muscovy ducks in as soon as I can. That's awesome you have eggs to hatch!!! I am about to fire my incubator up....

....first time ever for me doing that!!! ....I am excited! I hope yours comes quick and all goes well for ya! Heck, you had to get those eggs in a situation like that.....lol....

What's funny is, I have people wanting me to raise this stuff I'm getting into for them....so who knows what I will end up doing around here...might have all kinds of stuff going on in the way of poultry and fowl....and pigs...and beef...and goaties....lol.

It was relaxing watching those seals!!!
