Zucchini side dish recipes?

For simplicity, I find I like oregano as a seasoning for zucchini.

Zuchinni Lasagna

You make the lasagna the same way except you use long slices of zuchinni instead of lasagna noodles. Total Yummyation!!!! {{{if thats even a word}}} LOL

i also make a batter with 2-3-4 eggs, salt, pepper, flour, oregano and dip zucchini slices in it, then pan-fry them in olive oil. great, great, great!!!!
