🚨Wanted: Tips for Raising Hormonal Bad Boys

All the birds are the same age.
Let's pretend I'm trying to wait until everybody is full grown so I can decide which one or two roosters I want to keep.

20-5 is too many boys, with twenty hens two boys is really too many, even. You need at least a dozen hens, on average, per rooster to avoid fighting.

While true, just because they’re young and hormonal with no older birds to keep them in check, doesn’t mean they won’t grow up to be awesome roosters. This hump is often difficult especially with multiple boys with no older birds.

Right now the girl they beat up is separated.

I wonder if removing one of the a holes would work.

How do I stop them from continuing to beat her/them up?

Kill em. They can't do it if they're dead.
I haven't found any other ways to deal with that sort of behaviour

When roosters fight for dominance, they will repeatedly mount hens. It's very hard on the girls!!! For example: Piper mounts Hey-Hey's favorite hen Xena, so Hey-Hey runs over and knocks him off. Then Hey-Hey has to show his dominance, so he now mounts Xena. The poor thing!

I’d do a dog crate or a separate area in the coop/run sectioned off with HC, you don’t ever want to integrate a lone hen. So we don’t want her to be completely seperate.

Get rid of all boys who are being abusive. There are too many good cockerels out there who would never exhibit this behavior to begin with. If all are being jerks, then find another rooster elsewhere. There are so many available for free rehoming
