🚨Wanted: Tips for Raising Hormonal Bad Boys

You don’t want a bully no matter how nicely he’s going to feather out.
While true, just because they’re young and hormonal with no older birds to keep them in check, doesn’t mean they won’t grow up to be awesome roosters. This hump is often difficult especially with multiple boys with no older birds.

Can you separate at least one of them?
Right now the girl they beat up is separated.

I wonder if removing one of the a holes would work.

Keep talking guys. The ghost is reading the thread.

So the boys are just beating up the one girl. They seem to get along with everyone else for now.

Does the one girl stay confined or do they need to remove one of the mean boys?

There is no right way or one answer. I know.

We just need ideas on things to try to keep the peace for a little when longer.

I’d do a dog crate or a separate area in the coop/run sectioned off with HC, you don’t ever want to integrate a lone hen. So we don’t want her to be completely seperate.
