    Backyard Brahmas!!

    I just candled my 23 eggs (7 days in) and I could see 11 with movement I saw 3 that are not fertile, and the others I can see veins but was unable to movement This is so exciting.

    A friend of mine (lives a couple hours away) sent them to me. There doesn't seem to be anyone close to me (Western NC) that has any. I am not sure of the line that he has, but they are beauties.

    I am so looking forward to getting some fertile Light Brahma eggs in a week :) Hopefully my hatch will go good. This will be my second attempt in using a incubator. 1st attempt wasn't so good, so hopefully the things that I had learned will make this attempt successful.
