I have 3 hens and one is an easter egger. One of them stated laying brown eggs. I wanted to know if my easter egger could be doing it maybe?

If a female carries a blue egg gene and genes for brown egg she will lay green eggs.Your EE definitely can be laying a brown egg even though she is carrying the blue egg gene. That, in fact, is the definition of the Easter Egger, I believe -- a chicken which is neither an Ameraucana nor an Auraucana but does carry the blue egg gene.
