Any Home Bakers Here?

No, we don't own the restaurant. My DH is the superintendent of a golf course here in WY that includes a restaurant and I'm the cook for that.
Oh, what fun - I'm a little jealous! Years ago, Hubs had a small catering service, and I used to help with that, mainly doing desserts, but also helped with the meals at times. I had a blast, and really miss it (although I doubt my arthritic knees and aching feet could handle it anymore). Is the restaurant you cook at open year-round? I'm guessing no one plays golf in the snow. lol

We're open mid-April through mid-October so I have winters off which is nice. But when the place is open, it's lots of very long hours and hard work. We have been open 7 days a week but this year the restaurant will be just 5 days a week so hopefully, that will eliminate the 80-90 hour work weeks.

redemption :D

I used half the dough so it was easier to handle. the other half I was lazy and made another round loaf that came out kinda oblong. Next time Ill do the same this I did here and try slashes on the top of the round loaf, just for fun.
