My Smith order (Wheaten and Blue Wheatens) arrived yesterday. All made it fine except for one. It was due to arrive today, but arrived a day early, so they were only traveling for a day.

Oh, I didn't spend too much time in the Jr show section.
I'm getting some lovely white ameraucanas from Jan Burke
tomorrow. I can't wait for them to arrive. They carry the silver
gene, so their coloring is beautiful! I'm also expecting some nice
black chicks from Clif Redden. They should be arriving today. His black
cockbird was the show champ at Shawnee this past year, and my chicks are out of him.
He's also sending me a cockerel with a better head than the one I currently
have. I'm so excited! This will really help my breeding plan!

Ok, I just got my Paul smith order of blues, my question is are the chicks with a white blood feather in the wings going to be the splash ones? I'm having them sexed and want to keep a blue and a splash female. How can I assure I pick the correct ones to keep for my flock?

Something didnt look right in the photo, but you could be right. Might just be my monitor or my eyesight, sorry! Was thinking she didn't have the right chest color for a Silver, though the color overall was similar.
