I have 650 pounds of wheat in my storage unit. It's gotten to the point where I need to start grinding it into flour. There is NONE in the stores so far.

We have a great horned owl outside as I type this. I hear it hooting.

Hey Debby, the brownies came out great. Have you ever tried adding the 2 cups of chocolate chips?

Don't you need yeast to make sourdough though? I'm looking to make sandwich bread and have a recipe I like. I've never used a starter and need to do some research on them I must confess.

IM, I make Sourdough Sandwich Bread almost every other week. That
is the bread I make the most. AND it comes out FINE...Aria

That is beautiful! I haven't ever made bread with a starter, only yeast, so I'm excited to learn something new! Do you use a recipe from here?

Wow I didn’t realize all the good recipes that are posted.. I bake bread and pie crust the most. But I don’t measure any ingredients it’s all a little of this a pinch of that kinda thing. I am only 38 but that’s how I learned to make it.

IM,, YES. I am sure you can find my recipes in the index. AND this is
made with Ron's starter that he sent me in September 2016. It is perfect for making any YEAST product. Aria
