Maybe this will make you laugh. I got everything ready to make sd bread when I wanted to make potato bread. I realized what I’d done, but figured I’d still do the potato bread. Guess who has two loaves of sd in the oven?

You guys have to understand that most of what I am feeling is my mental illness. My brain scan showed that I don’t find enjoyment or happiness in doing things.

unfortunately, baking falls in that list.

that’s why I haven’t posted in a while, not much baking going on because of my illness.

Believe it or not, I have to put off duck and goose season for a little bit. I probably won’t start opening day.

You curse all you want, I'd be going nuts the problems you have had with all this weather damage.

The brownies remind me of chocolate covered espresso beans. Good if you’re in the mood for a strong espresso flavor and might be more suited to Dutch cocoa than regular. I think I might cut the amount in half otherwise and try that. I want to taste espresso, but I want to taste the chocolate as well.

Brownies, let me taste them first. I'll have two please
