Wow! That is pretty sweet! Too much money for me, but still cool.

I tried the bread again, and I think the problem with my flat one is that I had put it into too large of a bowl, so it didn't get any shape (except that of a disc). Then, after I turned it out of the bowl, I reshaped it and let it do another rise. I don't know why my brain said to use that bowl! You'd think I'd never made it before!

Thanks. Just had a telephone conference with my GP Doctor. He does think I have a stomach virus and is arranging blookwork to be done ...he is sending someone to my home. GREAT. Aria

Good morning bakers! Today I’m baking a sourdough for my neighbors birthday. Somehow I’m going to carve her name into it! Her name is Linda so all straight cuts but dunno how it’s going to look!

Hope you'll share a picture of the bread when you're done! I don't think I've ever seen a loaf with a name carved into it.
