I greatly prefer it with butter and lots of it!Bread came out great. I only took a picture of one loaf. The other got hacked into a few minutes after it was turned out f the pan.
I have a new motto: He who says you should wait for bread to cool before you cut into it has never had the blissful pleasure of biting into a slice of piping hot fresh from the oven bread--with or without butter!View attachment 2985761
