Those are beautiful. How did they turn out taste-wise?
Very nice. I sweetened it slightly with honey. I don't care for the taste of sugar in bread. I think it was @ronott1 that said in an earlier post that challah bread has a taste and texture somewhat halfway between bread and cake.

Thank you. I have a STRONG Blender. YES. I have been FOR YEARS. The cookies sound so good. And I am now baking Sourdough Honey Oat Bread. In fact...having toast and coffee right now. Delicious.
 
Farmhouse cheddar cheese is out of the press, with a small but not serious issue.

See the holes? That is not Swiss cheese. Those holes shouldn’t be there. I don’t know what happened.

It shouldn’t affect the taste, but it may affect waxing the cheese. We will see what happens when it comes time to wax it in 2-4 days.
