COMPUTER ACTING STRANGE AGAIN.....then I need to get back on. Aria

I am understanding. Computers are GREAT...but they can be annoying. WHY?
BYC mail stops??????? I never did find out. It is a mystery. Aria

Let me see if I can help.

Here is a screenshot from my email.

Do you see the button that says “view thread?” if you get a backyard chickens email notifying you that somebody has posted, no more emails will be sent until you click that button that says “view thread.“ I think it’s possible that you missed an email. This could be why you’re not receiving any email notifications.

If your email has a search bar, search for backyard chickens. Once you find the most recent email for the bakers thread, open it and click “view thread.” That should fix your problem.

If it doesn’t, let me know and we will diagnose further.

When you get an alert for a thread, you will not get another alert until you completely catch up on the thread and there is new activity. If you don't get completely caught up, there will not be a new alert until after you get completely caught up.

It is the alerts that trigger the emails. No new alert, no new email.
