This is probably morbid. My grandfather passed away on April Fools Day. He taught me about gardens and chickens when I was little. He was also good with a practical joke or two! So, every year, on April 1, I have a chuckle with Papa.

You know what else was fun about this joke? It brought people together from all over the website. I used to exclusively hang out in emergencies. Now I mostly hang out on a few social threads. I have seen some old friends, current friends, and many people I don’t recognize, but are clearly active BYC members.
