Good morning, and thanks for the coffee. We got about 4" of heavy wet stuff here. I'll be away from the Cafe' for the next week. It's a planned trip - no worries.

Only about an inch of wet snow here, but it took me down on the coop path.
Foot slipped(careless), knees buckled and bent way farther than they are used to, that hurt.
Took a few to get up and I am sore as hell... knees, muscles in shoulder, legs, and back.
Ibuprofen with breakfast will hopefully stave off more pain. SMH. Scared me.

Ouch! I hope the ibuprofen is helping!

Thanks y'all....ibuprofen definitely took the edge off, time will tell how bad I fouled up those knee ligaments. Been a long time since I had this much knee pain, I'm usually really careful with my stride.

The storm didn't amount to that much snow. So far, maybe 4 inches. We might get another inch before the snow stops.

Epsom salts in a warm bath tub, and soak.

Thanks, it did.
This morning it's worn off and not easy moving around, some muscle pain all over but mostly knee joints are swollen and range of motion is very limited. Haven't had to walk so gingerly in a long time. But at least I can walk unaided.
Not sure how moving the new feed bag out to coop is gonna go later tho.<cringe>

@aart wasn't it NOT that too long ago you had a messed up shoulder? Hopefully that fall didn't reinjure it. Sending you prayers for a speedy recovery!!!
