Chick from easter egger hen/RIR rooster

Wondering if anyone has a pullet from an easter egger hen and a Rhode Island Red rooster. Will the eggs still be blue/green or does it just depend on the pullet?

Depends on what the chick inheirets from each of the parents. Does it have a peacomb?

Those should be some VERY interesting chickens! I'd love to see pict's once they're fully feathered out.

If the EE is homozygous for both Pea comb and the O gene then all of the pullets will be pea combed and lay blue/green eggs. If the EE is homozygous for pea comb but heterozygous for the O gene then half of the pullets will lay blue/green eggs. If the EE is heterozygous for both pea comb and the O gene then one quarter of the pullets will lay blue/green eggs.
