What is the difference between one of these and a polish?

Very different.
Crevecoeurs are an endangered species, according to the APA. They are very cool birds, with interesting personalities. The crests are almost the same as polish chickens, but Creveceours are always all black, with slate/black feet. Another cool feature about them is their v-combs!

I just realized this thread has not been very active recently... let's revive it!
