Cut back on cholesterol and saturated fat...

Just had my blood taken Wednesday.

The Dr. will be giving me the bad news next Wednesday.

I hope I die of a heart attack, quick and easy.

I don't want to die of cancer and suffer for months and years.

Let's see where's the bacon?

Also, high cholesteraol does not denote heart disease.
More people die of heart disease with low levels then with high.

Cholesterol from food also has nothing to do with levels in the body.
It is in fact our First Aid system, trying to deal with inflamation, or other troubles.

Never try to lower levels. Look instead as to why the body is needing to make so much.
 
Here is a question for you all.

What food comes to mind, when you hear "cholesterol laden food"?

I am talking about a real food, not a prepared food. Its a food we are constantly told to cut back on for many reasons, even though its all natural.
