Grand Prairie poultry ordinances

I wish I lived next to your bad neighbors so I could give them a run for their money. They sound like a real treat.

so can you have anything stinky. I know some of these towns have an ordinance about fowl,but they drop the ball on say goats or pigs.
I would find the most smelly annoying thing I could and go with that.
