changed the pairing this evening .3 weeks turn over
pen 1 BC /BLC and Splash hens Cockerel . the golden Golden cuckoo . Golden Boy .
Pen 2 Black hens cockerel , Blue Tail buff. Enki
Pen 3 . Dominant White hens cockerel . Black Tail Buff. Red Rock
Pen 4 CLB 8 pullets cockerel .Splash copper from very dark egg . Khabib
Pen 5 CLB pullets 7 Cockerel Blue copper Big Blue.

This pairing is for fun none of this progeny will be sold .

I have too many I would love to keep. I have a Blue Copper cockerel. I really like him too but I don't have the room. My husband says no more pens.

Hey everybody, I have some pictures of a BCM cockerel and two BCM pullets I just received. The cockerel is 5 months and the pullets are 4 months.

I was hoping for any insight you have on how well they fit the SOP. Thank you.

Wow he is refine like they should .well bred . correct in all the confirmation traits
complete body pattern . his copper is a little lighter.
his comb is the best one .true marans comb .well refine and correct.
his blue is a little darker but has great lacing . I like the drk blue for breeding .the hens I prefer them lighter blue.

you have done great my friend
his and blaze are the only 2 cockerel you need .

they all have a correct body type .
cockerel is showing body colour ,look a little yellow the hackle {neck] or just a light .
pullet 1 is stunning .she will be big solid hen when fully mature .love her head and her body type .
pullet 2 is not as impressive as pullet 1

I ll comment on them in detail when I have more time in few days

My plan is to put Black Copper son over mothers. Dad over daughter's. Not sure how this Blue Copper would fit in... Help!
