Thanks! How very cool, so when I breed him to some chocolate females I'll get more chocolate males. I also read somewhere that males without white are desirable? Is that true? I hope so, lol, 'cause he's solid and so are a bunch of the hens!
I've bred hundreds of Muscovy ducklings and this is the first time I've seen a chocolate male. I'm a novice Muscovy breeder, so I have no idea what the norm is.My first duck ever is a solid chocolate muscovy male. I didn't know they were so rare. He has no white on him anywhere. He is solid brown. Is that unusual?
