who else is ready for summer? I am so ready, I'm sick of cool mornings.

The weather has been fantastic here! It hasn't rained in a week and the sun's been shining! Do you have the clocks change? Our clocks go forward an hour on Saturday night. It will be lighter in the evening.

I'm in Melrose Park. Stones throw from Chicago.
Most peeps do include their General location in their profiles.

You don't put your address there, just a general location so others can give you better advice based on your climate.
Some peeps decide to keep that private, and thats OK also.

So here is Shadow and Java’s squeaker. I know I read somewhere relating to Spread and/or Grizzle about either the ring at the point of the beak, or more likely about the darker yellow on the head meaning one or the other, but I’ll have to go back and find it, if no one knows.
She is Spread, he is grizzle.

so cute, I'm pretty sure ring means spread. And if it has a pretty dark\black beak, it's gonna be black. But yours won't be black.

@Texas Kiki and I can tell which of you are up north simply because you’re wishing for summer.

It was 90 a few days ago here already.

Not looking forward to this summer.

Also I just realized I never published my pictures from the pigeon show. I need to go through them and post them.

I just posted about wishing for it to be summer so I can set some eggs outside to try to hatch.


I much prefer the heat to the nasty cold.


I also prefer to make sure my air conditioner is in good shape.

How old is the little guy?

Hatched on the 19th (possibly the day before) so 9 days.
