We haven't been above 20 for a week,but I mailed 18 eggs to Florida and 15 are developing. Not bad for shipped eggs in the winter. Supposed to be above freezing in a couple weeks.

yup each bird is nice and dry and relatively warm. Got another 5 or 6 inches last night.

your a little colder but not by much. What kind of eggs did you ship?

I shipped Ayam Cemani eggs @20.00ea. Helps pay my feed bill for all my games. The only game laying now are my law greys. I have 2 doz in incubator now.

Breeding Pen #1 (going to cross Fabio's yellow leg son over Leiper hens)

Breeding Pen #2 (same as last year, as soon as I remove hatch hen and replace with white hen.
Also going to add wild type daughter and breed back to wild type father shown.)

I bought this tie cord and cannot figure out how to use it... anyone know how to open it up so that I can attach to the leg? pictures would be helpful
