I purchased some grey eggs and only managed to hatch 2, a pullet and a stag lol. One is chipmunk stripped, like I would expect. The other is white with a couple of black specks. Anyone ever seen greys hatch like this? I don't have much experience hatching greys...

I hatched some Grey's this season, and most were chipmunk and had an all yellow one.

Can still be gray without dorsal strip if wheaton involved.

Very nice stags and keeping the straw in the pens is great for them plus shade. One of the 1st or 2nd things I look at in pics is the dirt floor of pen ...... Hard packed ground is not good for chickens

He definitely has a decent size tassel on him, very much looking forward to seeing him fill out.
