The hens will practice fanning too, it doesn't mean they are males. These are all hens.

Here are some pics that I took a few minutes ago of my juveniles. Probably not the best pics and these birds are older but, it will give you an idea of what to look for.

Notice the tail on the hen, in the 1st pic pretty plain compared to the male in the 2nd pic, the males will start to get fringe hanging off the tail feathers, yours are close to the age where the males should start showing fringe. Thats why we are requesting closer pics. I hope this helps.
