so sorry to hear that, gl on the othersIt died last night. :-(. But theirs 6 more hopefully for those. On one note though they seem to be silkie mixes cause of the yellow feet from the one that passed.

15 hatched and are fine and healthy. 5 pipped, but didn't make it out. Not seeing any movement for the last 12 hours from the last 16. Some of them (maybe all) might not have been fertile.
Not as many as I was hoping for, but way better than I was expecting for my first hatch.
No no pips yet I'm on day 19 today of lockdown. So the pip yesterday was a surprise. Guess he pipped way to early.
For our 3 hatching this week: only 1 alive. One pipped wrong side, didn't make it thru the membrane and drown, and the other was DIS, probably about the time I put them in the hatcher. We were questioning that one to see if there was movement before hand.

Oh yah, baby is fantastic. Cute little Fuzzybutt. Runs and climbs into my hand when I reach into the brooder. We have him/her in a brooder split with my month olds that are going to make the transition into a big coop soon. We will be keeping a RSS baby with him, but for now they are seperated by chicken wire so they can see each other. Fuzzybutt (which i'm sure is going to stick for a while) has the mama heating pad thing that it loves to climb under. Very active and cute. The only baby we've had so far that will run and climb into my handSo sorry to hearHope the baby is doing well.
