Not so sure about #3 maybe just the light and angle but the comb looks quite pale.  Definitely agree with #1 and #4.  The top angle of the pic its just hard to really tell. 
idk I got 2 roosters from McMurray Hatchery and he has a pale comb compared to his brother
 
My cocks. Are sort of shaped differently but aren't larger but feel heavier and they still have a bit of fluff on their backs as the pullets only need their head completely feathered

I have noticed that as the chicks grow the hens tend to have longer tail feathers then the Roosters and the combs develop faster on the roosters as well. My first batch of chicks are now 10 weeks old and this theory has proven true and the roosters tail feathers are starting to come in with a hint of green to them.
