It is edible and it is protein. No sense in tossing it in the trash.

On a couple of occasions when we had turkey or chicken dinners and I didn't have time to make/can the leftovers as broth we just tossed the whole carcass in the run. The girls had the bones picked clean in no time and were standing at the fence wanting more.

A matter of personal preference - but there is no "reason" not to feed poultry to poultry. Some fear it would cause cannibalism (similar to the claims that feeding eggs will cause egg eating) or that there is something morally "wrong" with doing so, but the former is not true and the latter is more an issue for humans than for chickens, who are not bound by such morals.

Ours love any meat especially chicken, they eat scrambled eggs too. Deer bones get stripped until they dog realizes they have one.

Old home made baby food mixed with older baby formula. Wasnt sure they would go for it but the bowl is empty.
