There isn't really a recipe, I just use whatever I have at hand. This block was made by mixing whole wheat bread chunks, diced apple, flax seed, BOSS, cracked corn, diced green pepper, peanut butter and ground beef drippings/fat. I let the whole thing set up in a small Tupperware container, divide it up into smaller flock size chunks and hand it over to the ladies. They seem to love it and I believe it helps them stay warm on cold icy nights. I really enjoy spoiling the girls, gotta reign myself in sometimes.

Chicken fat/skin mixed with hot water, pellets, a splash of yogurt whey, sprouts, stale home made bread, scrambled eggs.
