Amazing! What is the breed in there that looks like almost a buff ameraucana or Easter egger with the feathered feet? Is it a Faverolles?

yep.... Faverolles... they’re ”wheaten” in color, as far as the hobby name for that colorization ...there are other breeds that come in ‘wheaten’ too
