Funny and informative. The cockerel part surprised me starting out. I had no idea it was so difficult to sex chicks (honestly learned they don’t have obvious boy and girl parts while at the feed store) and did not expect to have a cockerel in my small flock. Whoops!
Lots of great advice! It always amazes me seeing dogs calmly interacting with chickens. Mine have way too high of a prey drive (mostly hunting breeds). I’m sure these tips can help others with new pups!
