Banty Coop...a la Maggie Mae & Baby Bonnie =)
This coop is for my Japanese Bantams - Musashi & Saki...now to be joined by Ghandi (my 10 yr old daughter & hubby named them)
Construction is from free pallets $0, HomeDepot cull wood 2 x $.51, some 1x's and 2x's from other projects $0, & 1/2" hardware cloth $15. The front half of the roof is light shade cloth from Sutherland's ~$3.00 and the back half is covered with $.51 worth of cull wood and left-over tar paper & shingles from another job. The latch & the length of chain combined was less than $1. Total cost ~ $20 & change.
