Breeding, Hatching and Raising Peafowl

Thank u so much for this! I thought that men were sexually matured at two years old. Does that mean I won’t get any fertilized eggs for another year?
Also how do I know when the eggs are fertilized? Is it just a waiting game? Thanks so much again!
